Renew Homes Ohio was founded by two Columbus, Ohio area real estate agents seeking opportunities to give back to the communities they serve. As real estate professionals, they are dedicated to helping families find and maintain safe and healthy housing. They understand that purchasing a home is only the beginning and keeping up with the home’s maintenance is a constant chore. Through the services of Renew Homes Ohio, they will serve low to moderate income families with home repair solutions, regardless of their ability to pay.

Janene Parham

Janene Parham was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. After high school, Janene attended DeVry Institute of Technology where she studied Computer Information Systems. During her time at DeVry she decided to attend real estate school which led her to finding her passion! Since then, real estate became her ministry. Her mission is to always put God and family first.

With more than 20 years experience, Janene specializes in the Central Ohio and surrounding areas. She has focused on partnering with different organizations in helping to revitalize neighborhoods through real estate. Janene has a love for her community and has given many Home Buyers’ Seminars to educate the community about building wealth through home ownership. She is currently working with people of all walks of life to achieve their dream of home ownership through affordable housing.

As a real estate professional, Janene believes that buying or selling a home or commercial real estate is more than just a transaction, but a life-changing experience. That’s why she is dedicated to providing exceptional and personalized service for all her clients. Janene takes great pride in the relationship she builds and always works relentlessly on her client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. One of Janene’s greatest loves is being with family and supporting her kids’ activities. 

Radhika Moore

Radhika Moore is a native of Columbus, Ohio. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2018 and is a graduate of Hondros College. Her extensive portfolio makes her an expert in the housing industry. In the earlier years of her career, she served on the Homebuyer Education Advisory Committee (HEAC) under the administration of the Honorable Mayor Michael B. Coleman during his inclusive housing initiatives with the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA).

 Aside from real estate, Radhika has public speaking experience including events at the Ohio Statehouse alongside members of the 127th Ohio General Assembly and community stakeholders addressing homeownership. Radhika has a deep passion around equality and equity in home buying and has been fighting for underrepresented low-income residents for the past 10 years. Radhika enjoys spending time with family, friends and traveling.
